Presidential candidate Jean-Luc Melenchon clicked his fingers and appeared right in front of the Parisian audience with an explosive effect.

8 Northumberland Avenue's Holographic technology partner Musion 3D took centre stage in the French presidential elections on the 5th of February.

Socialist front runner Jean-Luc Melenchonutilised the 3D holographic Telepresence solution to kick off his campaign appearing in the flesh in Lyon and as a three-dimensional spectre insuburban Paris at the same time.

Delivering this two hour speech as a live interactive hologram in front of two live audiences in this way is a World first.

Presidential candidate Jean-Luc Melenchon greeted his audience in Lyon and then said: “Where am I? In Lyon? And now? In Paris!” and then clicked his fingers and appeared right in front of the Parisian audience with an explosive effect.
