Having the Intelligent Lighting system within the venue saved WPP from having to provide their own basic lighting equipment. The conference venue was able to provide dedicated, hardwired internet access and telephone lines, and the size of the event space meant that production equipment could be quickly and easily installed.

Close to 300 guests as well as a sizable amount of AV equipment could be accommodated thanks to the size of the conference space. Both the Ballroom and the Old Billiard Room were used by the clients for their event, with press and registrars also in attendance.
